Motor vehicle accidents belong inside personal injury
Buying car-accident leads and personal injury leads from two vendors is how the same driver lands in two inboxes. One program, with the incident type on the screen.

Car accidents are most of what many injury firms mean by “personal injury.” Treating them as a separate product from a second vendor is how the same driver ends up in two inboxes. One personal injury program, with the incident type on the screen, is the cleaner cut.
One program, a branch in the screen
The shared questions do not change much: when and where it happened, whether they were hurt, whether treatment has started, whether a lawyer is already involved, and a phone that is actually theirs. The branch is the incident. A rear-end crash, a rideshare trip, a fall that is not a work injury. Your firm says which of those it wants. The others fail the screen and are not sent.
Motor vehicle accidents stay inside that program. They are not a third case type you have to buy beside personal injury and workers’ compensation. If all you want is car crashes, say that. The screen gets narrower. The delivery path stays the same.
Where a second vendor creates a mess
Firm A buys “MVA leads” from one company and “PI leads” from another. Both companies advertise to people who were just in a crash. The claimant fills out both forms. Your intake calls them twice, or two of your vendors do, and nobody can explain the double contact. Exclusive only holds inside one campaign. It does not stop a second contract you signed yourself.
What to specify
List the incidents you take and the ones you don’t. Truck, car, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian. Say whether you need treatment already started. Say the counties. Those answers become the branch. They should not become a second invoice from a second company running the same ads to the same people.
Start with the case type you can actually call
If the desk that handles car crashes is the one with capacity, start there. Add other injury incidents when that team asks for them. Adding case types is a criteria change. It is not a new vendor, a new CRM mapping, and a new argument about who owns the claimant.
How we split the work
Case Leads Pro runs two programs: personal injury, which includes motor vehicle accidents, and workers’ compensation. Each lead goes to one firm, the phone is SMS-verified, and fails are not sent or billed. We don’t guarantee signed cases. Book a 20-minute call and tell us which incidents your desk wants first.
