Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We don’t sell information about people who visit caseleadspro.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what the site collects.

When you submit a Case Leads Pro campaign form and ask to hear from a law firm about a possible claim, we send your information to one participating firm, which pays us for that service. Some state privacy laws may treat that as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You have the right to ask us to stop.

Email hello@caseleadspro.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share request.” Include your name, the phone number and email you submitted, and your state. That’s enough for us to find your records.

You can also ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, in the same email. Someone you authorize can make the request for you; we may ask them to show that you gave permission.

We confirm we received your request, may ask a question or two to verify it’s you, and then stop sending your information to law firms going forward.

A firm that already received your information holds its own copy. If you don’t want to hear from that firm, contact it directly as well.

To stop text messages from us, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls or emails, say so in the same request.

Making a request won’t be held against you. We don’t charge for it, and we won’t treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
