Step by step
How we find, screen, and deliver your leads
From the first call to a live record in your CRM: the four steps behind every Case Leads Pro campaign, and what each one commits us to.
At a glance
You and us, each step
A process your intake director can follow, with no black boxes between the ad and the lead record.
01
Set the criteria
You: Tell us the case types, locations, and claimant profile your firm takes.
Us: We turn those answers into written screening rules.
02
Build the campaign
You: Approve the markets and the volume your intake can work.
Us: Targeted ads and landing pages, built and run for your firm alone.
03
Screen every lead
You: Nothing. Fails never reach you.
Us: Each claimant answers your screening questions. Phone numbers are SMS-verified.
04
Deliver to intake
You: Call while the claimant still expects to hear from you.
Us: Passing leads post in real time to your CRM, webhook, email, or SMS.

What your firm will take
Two firms in the same city will define a qualified claimant differently. One won’t take a case until treatment has started. Another wants the claimant before any adjuster has called. The first call exists to write those differences down.
We work through case types, venues, ZIP-code coverage, disqualifying facts, minimum injury thresholds, and how your team handles claimants who already have counsel. Those answers become the screening logic behind the campaign.

Run for one firm only
Campaigns are built for one firm, not shared across a pool of buyers. The creative is honest about what the claimant is signing up for: a conversation with a law firm about a possible claim.

03This step
The screen happens first
Every claimant works through a screening sequence built from your criteria. Phone numbers are SMS-verified, and every answer is written onto the lead record, so intake starts from the facts instead of from zero.
Leads that fail screening are not sent and not billed. Leads that pass arrive with the full answer set, timestamps, and campaign source attached.
What we ask
- Incident type and date
- Location: state and ZIP code
- Employment or accident circumstances
- Medical treatment status
- Existing attorney representation
- Statute and timing considerations
- SMS-verified phone number
04This step
Into your intake system
Leads go straight into the systems your team already works from, so nobody retypes a record while the claimant waits for a call back.
01
Real time
Leads post the moment screening completes. Not in a nightly batch file.
02
Your stack
CRM webhook, LeadDocket, Litify, GoHighLevel, email, SMS alerts, or another compatible platform, with routing rules by office or case type.
03
The whole record
Screening answers, timestamps, consent records, and campaign source travel with every lead.
After launch
Once the leads are live
Campaigns are reviewed against the standards set at launch. You tell us which leads signed and which didn’t, and that feedback shapes targeting, creative, and screening.
Invalid or unreachable leads are handled under the replacement policy agreed before launch. We don’t claim every lead becomes a signed case. The goal is a steady, measurable flow of claimants your team can work.
- 01
Agreed definitions of a valid and an invalid lead
- 02
Replacement handling for unreachable contacts
- 03
Regular reporting on volume and campaign source
- 04
A feedback loop from your intake and signed-case data
- 05
Targeting and screening adjusted over time
- 06
Volume that grows as your intake capacity does
